Order Cancellation by Buyer:
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer support team immediately at dematrez@gmail.com to request the cancellation. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In certain situations, we may need to cancel an order due to reasons such as product unavailability, payment issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be processed in 0-2 working days to your original payment method.
Refunds :
